Magic 30: Using the app

At the bottom of the screen you will see a number of to help you on your journey to eat more healthily. These are described here:

Home Page. This is the default page. Here you will see how many points you have gathered in the week so far, and also a history of previous weeks.

Add Page. This shows you a list of all foods that you might consume in a given week, divided into sections (vegetables, fruits, beans, herbs, spices, nuts & seeds, and wholegrain). Once you eat one of these foods, simply click on the entry in the list: a tick will appear next to it, to show that you have consumed it, and the appropriate points will be credited to your total. The item will also appear on the Already Eaten Page. If there is a food you are never likely to eat, you can simply long press and delete this from the list. Of course, you can also add new foods if they are not on the list.

Already Eaten Page. Here you are shown a list of all foods you have consumed this week so far. The list gets cleared out at the start of each new week. If you made a mistake and didn’t mean for an item to be selected, simply click it here and it will be removed from this list (and your points score).
